I've been drinking lots of smoothies lately, almost daily. Early in the morning, after our workouts, they are a great refreshing, energizing, healthy start to my day. Here is a recipe for one of my favourites:
Serves 2.
500mls orange juice
1 banana
handful frozen pineapple
2 handfuls frozen raspberries
huge handful of fresh baby spinach
Delish!
